Zoo

We took Cade to the Dallas Zoo last week for the first time.  I was again terrible about taking pictures so we don't have very many but we did have a great time!  We didn't go until the afternoon so it was really pretty hot out and a lot of the animals were resting in the shade and hard to see.  Hopefully we can go again in the fall when it is cooler.

My favorite part was the giraffes!  They were all out and eating the lettuce the handler was offering and se we were able to get right beside them.   Cade did great with them- he wasn't scared like we thought that he would be!  He just let me hold him right there next to the giraffes and watched them with big eyes.

We had a great time at the zoo and enjoyed our family time together looking at all the different animals!  I am excited about going again when it is a little cooler and when Cade is a little bigger and more into it all!
